SEEKING TRUE FRIENDS AND MEANING IN LIFE
hey hey bloggies.. i have to get this off my chest...
i will not be so direct okay. i could be if i chose to. like i said before, i can be an ultimate bitch if i want to. and don't make me show you that side of me. you might think little miss sunshine here doesn't have it to become a bitch, but i have, and don't make me use it.
okay here's what its really about. yeah we can have so many friends, but which one can we vouch for that are absolutely true? i'm sure everyone has expirenced betrayal in one way or another by the people you thought were supposed to be your good friends. and you like give your trust, loyalty maybe even love (if they are that close to them) only to find out that they would betray you? sucks right?
true friends:
DON'T DESERT you when you're in trouble,
they are your ARMS OF COMFORT when you need a hug,
they are you're LISTENING EAR when you need to get something off your chest.
they are your SOURCE OF LAUGHTER when you're down and MAKE YOU FORGET WORRIES all the worries in the world.
they STAND UP for you when you're attacked by your enemies or strangers you don't know.
THEY DON'T BACKSTAB OR USE YOU.
they are your PILLAR OF STRENGHT to overcome your obstacles in life.
and,
they tell you the truth even if it hurts,because they want you to change and be a better person.
be naive enough to believe that such friends exist, but I DO. i have found a few of them. (: and i THANK GOD FOR THEM.
people, if you found these people in your life, please DON'T BE STUPID enough to let them go.
hold on to them tightly, cause they are the most valuable treasure you can EVER find. and they are GIFTS FROM GOD to help you get through life.
and for that issue that is hovering in my mind, i'll be the bigger person. so i've decide to forgive and forget.
thanks to the homily that i recieved during mass yesterday, by rev. ben heng. I PAID MY FULLEST ATTENTION! and not because he was passionately preaching through the mike.
it makes so much sense to forgive and forget then to let the people who caused the worries and problems in your life, stop you from living and force you to change your way of living. yeah! i agree... and soon they become a obstacle in life which stops you from doing the will of god. and for those of you wondering what in the world is God's will...
GOD'S WILL: is choosing the most loving thing to do in whatever situation you face.
in doing so, you must believe that GOD DWELLS IN YOU, then the more loving things you do, you become a more loving person, and soon, you'll see that you can change the world one loving deed at a time.
okay some may think this is cheesy, but i think, its the BEST HOMILY EVER.
